Block Colour and Palm Prints : Kenzo Resort Collection SS/14

Aside from Kenzo's vibrant perfume 'Kenzo Flower' being one of my favourite scents , Japanese fashion brand Kenzo is known for its eclectic prints and bold colouring within the collections. Kenzo's prints are fun , fresh and adaptable and I have always been impressed with the unusual shapes and the sharp yet relaxed tailoring of the clothes without them being too formal. Here is a snippet of Kenzo Resort Collection SS/14!

Love this look and new shape skirt!

The colours in this piece are beautifully put together and the shape of the shirt makes it look flirty but smart at the same time!

Dressed up or dressed down , this jumpsuit would suit most figures which is why I love it, loose fitting with a cinched in waist gives the illusion of a smaller waist and the colour will make you pop out of the crowd.

Clashing prints is a bold trend for the confident men and women in fashion! if this isn't your style you can always clash softer prints that are not as busy as the ones above or just go for colour blocking instead.

Im in love with the palm print on this jacket and the best thing about it is that you can wear any colour you want, Monochrome has no boundaries when it comes to creating an overall outfit. I would team this with bright cobalt blue tailored peg trousers and a zesty orange clutch!

Young British Designers.com

Like many fashion conscious girls, finding a unique, up and coming brand is something we like to talk about and flaunt and Young British Designers.com is filled with up and coming British designer talent. Not only does the website host a large selection of unique clothes, shoes and jewellery, its also a place where young designers have the chance to sell their products and new collections to the world. Which is perfect for anyone looking for something fresh and new. Here are a few designs that caught my eye...

Prints ,Prints ,PRINTS! : Holly Fulton A/W13

Anything printed i'm instantly drawn to, and i'm glad that A/W13 is full of print and colour ( even if it is a slightly darker tone) Designer Holly Fulton gets it right with the never ending collection of graphic prints and rich to warm berry tones while adding a spalsh of monochrome to the mix!
Here are my favourites!

I am in love with the leather that has been added to the collection the detail makes it so much more fun

And the lipstick graphic print skirt is stunning, i can see this skirt becoming very popular , maybe a high-street inspired version will be ...

As well as this elaborately printed pinafore dress!

The smart choice of footwear gives the pieces a more formal look but somehow also makes them look young and fun.
